    I know many people disagree with me on this, but I firmly believe the heart should lead. The brain must be engaged, and in some cases it should take control. As scripture wisely advises, we must always guard our hearts. The wildly amazing thing of it is that the heart is where we are wisest. I believe it is the place where God speaks to us, but we have a responsibility to keep the bad stuff out. So, yes... I agree the heart and brain do need to stay aligned:)
