Home Office Dress Code

Major and exciting life changes are coming my way. I'm not quite ready to blog all about it yet, but I'll be very happy to share the news with you when the time is right. In the meantime, here you have a little preview. It looks like I'll be working from home next year. A home office may not be for everybody, but I think I'm cut out for it. We shall see! For now, let's just focus on the fun: The clothes!

I've been trying to mentally organize my wardrobe around what I believe my working-from-home schedule will look like. And here you have the combinations I came up with:

I would like to hear your thoughts about this. Do you work form home? Any comments, suggestions or advices you want to share with me?

  4. I have been working from home for 9 years and I would never go back to the office if I didn't have to. It is the best. Especially for those days when you're under the weather. My advice - invest in a good coffee maker and use work outs to break up your day.

  5. Elsa,

I work from home but I am sooooo lazy! I wear jeans and Jcrew t-shirts most days. If I go out with the girls for lunch I dress up but other than that you'll rarely see me with even my hair done - I usually just wash it, pull it back, and let it airdry. As much as I love working at home, I so miss getting dressed up for work.

  7. I just popped in from Melissa's blog and I am really loving this post! All of the outfits you have picked out are perfect for your new venture in working at home! I don't have a 9-5 job but that doesn't mean I sit around in my PJ's all day! It's fun to get dressed, put make up on and face the day. I'd feel lazy any other way!

I'm loving all the variety of topics you post about...great reading! Good luck with your new job location! :)

    XO,
    Jane
