Highlights Of The Weekend: Welcoming Biking Season!






 
 
 
This past weekend, we finally have enjoyed two sunny days back to back. Yay! Getting on our bikes seemed like the right thing to do. And so we did: 40 miles in two days. Not too bad for me -especially since I can't even remember when was the last time I went on a bike, to be honest. I got my new heart rate monitor on Saturday morning, so I could check my cardio activity on the go and push myself to make the most our of it (I know, the beer break doesn't help!).
 
PS. I'M DEVASTATED ABOUT THE BOSTON TRAGEDY. WHAT'S WRONG WITH PEOPLE?!?! MY PRAYERS GO TO THE VICTIMS, FAMILIES AND ALL THE CITY.

  2. That's awesome that you two rode so much! I don't even own a bike here and fear I wouldn't ride well. But I did go to Zumba class today!

  4. New follower here Nice to have great weather to be able to ride a bike I am so ready for spring Hope you have a good rest of the week. I think we are all so sad about the Boston tragedy but I do think it makes us stronger in the long run. The more I hear on the radio, the harder it is to be strong however.
