Style And The City: Defining Style One Shot At A Time

This past weekend, I came across one of the coolest websites ever: Style And The City. The genius behind this concept is Kamel Lahmadi, a very prestigious photographer, who, a few years ago, decided to quit a much coveted position at a  French fashion magazine , to create his very own style multimedia platform:

'I believe that people who refuse to betray their own self-worth nurture their destiny. Life is a series of cycles, good and bad. When one is going through a bad cycle, go back to who you really are; go back to your deepest sense of values and you will see that Life will always end up bringing together those who are made to be together.'' SATC is a true Oasis of good vibes, joy and exquisite taste. Lahmadi goes well beyond the trend or the look, to capture the soul and the energy to define what real style is. The synergy between the images and the insightful texts -most of them in French- takes the 'street style blog' to new levels of poetry.

On a personal note, I would like to express my gratitud to Kamel. He took less than 24 hours to answer my email where I asked his permission to talk about his blog and use some pics.
