Dear Mummy: Words always fall short when it comes to express all the love, admiration and gratefulness I have for you. I have this little theory that a girl becomes a woman the day she realizes that her mother was always right. I guess that I am a woman now!

 

I also remember the day I told you 'I wish one day I can get back to you on all the things you do for me' and you brilliantly said: 'Don't say that! Just ask for being able to do the same for your own kids.' That answer is just an example of your greatness, intelligence and generosity.

 

Thank you so much for showing us that, over the years, a woman full of love, generosity and brains becomes truly unbreakable.I love you with all my heart, soul and beyond.

Querida mami: No hay palabras que expresen todo el amor, admiración y agradecimiento que te tengo. Soy de las que pienso que una chica se convierte en mujer en el momento en que se da cuenta que su madre siempre tenía razón. Y creo que ya soy una mujer!

 

Siempre recordaré el día que te dije que me gustaría un día devolverte de alguna manera todo lo que has hecho por mi, y tú me respondiste 'no pidas eso! pide poder hacer lo mismo por tus hijos!' Creo que esa respuesta es un ejemplo de tu grandeza, inteligencia y generosidad.
