That same Saturday, after a quick/empowering nap and an equally invigorating shower, we got ready to hit the road for a night in town.
We made it to Brooklyn at 8.30pm. The idea was to witness the sunset over the Brooklyn bridge. We missed it for some minutos, however, still, the views and experience were awesome. We walked the bridge as
Once in downtown Manhattan, we took the subway direction to Soho.
Next stop: Batalli's LUPA. Yeap, the man can cook the pasta! I went for the Linguettine with Mussels and Herbs -what an amazing blend of refreshing flavours and textures! Meanwhile, Michael chose an special dish they offered that night (involving some lamb and tortellini) - So delish! (I tried it) The wine and yummy desserts made of the whole Lupa experience the most perfect way to celebrate our first anniversary! (Now I regret not having taken more pics of that part of the evening...)

About what I wore: Joe's jeggings -SO comfortable and versatil!, Soprano's top via Nordstrom Rack, leather purple ballerinas -purchased in Rome and earrings purchased in Target.
