We moved to our current apartment two years ago, when I was still pregnant with Lucía. As far as furniture, we bought pretty much everything, which was equally fun and exhausting. We're definitely happy about the purchases: comfy, high-quality, long-lasting pieces. But I must admit we sort of neglected the 'styling' part of the process. I'm determined to change that in the upcoming weeks, starting for our
master bedroom. After an exhaustive research, here you have some ideas I'm looking forward to implementing.
I love an all-white, crisp bedding. It looks inviting and comfortable. Neutral and timeless.
It connects to the previous point. The all-white bedding performs as a white canvas on top of which we can add a few pops of color, or even better, textures! I'm thinking wool and crochet.
Baskets combine functionality and style. Plus, it adds a rustic feel to it -which I personally love. I'm definitely trying to hang the baskets on the wall, like you can see on the picture above. How genius is that!
The huge wall space on top of our bed begs for some styling-love: a serene picture or an exotic dream-catcher would do the trick.
So, I'm curious, do you have some go-to styling tips for master bedrooms?
Thanks for reading!
