On Starting Tracy Anderson's Program

How was your weekend, darlings?

I certainly spent a significant amount of time in front of the TV, watching sports: the Heat game on Saturday night (Lebron was AWESOME!), and a portion of the Roland Garros final on Sunday morning, followed by the much anticipated football match Spain vs. Italy

After that much adrenaline, on Sunday evening I finally brought myself to get started on Tracy Anderson's DVD. I certainly succumbed to the massive marketing strategy created by the former dancer, along with her business partner, my beloved Gwyneth Paltrow, and ordered the much publicized program a few weeks ago.

After exercising for an hour, I can definitely feel every muscle, and if I have the determination to do it six days a week, as I'm supposed to, I see how it's going to make an impact on my figure.

Aside of the DVDs, Tracy includes a nutritional guide with healthy recipes -I started to include Kale and fresh corn in my diet, as she suggests.

I'll certainly keep you guys updated on my progress -if any!

Have you guys tried this program or others? Thoughts?

Have a great week!
